The BIG Hays Travel Thank You Part 4

It’s everyone’s favourite time of the month, where we once again say a big thank you to our colleagues up and down the UK and announce the winner of our random prize draw! So far we have given away a £5000 cruise, a brand new car and we have even paid 2 peoples mortgages and bills for the next 6 months!
But the fun doesn’t stop there! This month have added to the list of amazing prizes with an all-expenses paid trip to New York City! It was also revealed that next month’s prize will be an Apple Bundle containing products worth up to £3,000- the perfect early Christmas present.
But who was October’s lucky winner?
Jonathon Woodall-Johnston, our Chief Operating Officer, travelled down from our Head Office in Sunderland to our Yate Branch in Somerset to surprise our winner Emily and hand deliver the exciting news.
“When I saw Jonathon walk through the door I couldn’t believe someone in my branch had won, I still didn’t think it would be me as I never win anything! I last went to New York for my 21st birthday 19 years ago, I can’t wait to go back with my husband.”
We are delighted that Emily can’t wait to go on this amazing trip, we hope she has a fantastic time jetting off to the Big Apple for four nights, staying at the Hilton Hotel Times Square and traveling in style with Virgin Atlantic. Plus, as an extra bonus, we have thrown in £1000 spending money to enjoy while she is there.
Emily has worked as a Hays Travel Manager in the Yate Branch for nearly 3 years following the Thomas Cook Takeover in 2019. It is definitely an exciting month for Emily as she is also jetting off to Turkey on 7th November for our annual Managers Conference! This event sees Hays Travel Managers nationwide come together for events, supplier presentations and to meet their colleagues from all over the UK.
