BIG Hays Travel Thank You Part 2!

Ahoy there! The Big Hays Travel Thank You is back again and has been making waves in head office this week as one lucky colleague took home a fantastic cruise worth up to £5000!
Last month we saw Richard from our Wombwell branch drive home in a BRAND NEW CAR courtesy of Hays Travel as a thank you for all the hard work put into the company by colleagues up and down the nation. But the fun didn’t stop there!
On Wednesday, Head Office revealed the next lucky winner of this month’s cra-sea prize and buoy it was good! As colleagues gathered on every floor in Head Office, Retail employees crowded round computers in branches and anticipation built – the countdown began. And it revealed that Rachel from our Recruitment Department was setting sail on an unforgettable cruise of her choice for FREE!
Rachel has worked in the recruitment team in Hays Travel Head Office for almost a year; kick starting careers and growing the Hays Travel family.
We caught up with Rachel to capture her reaction to winning this month’s prize. She said, “I can’t believe it, I am over the moon! We have some big birthdays in the family in the next few years so a cruise would be the perfect way to celebrate.” After some cheer and tears, it was back to work as usual in Head Office as we all discussed where we would voyage to and who would be the next winner.
Whether Rachel will be dipping her toes in the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, witnessing the dramatic scenery of the Norwegian Fjords or discovering the exotic lands of Far East Asia- one thing is for sure, she will have an amazing time! Well Done Rachel!
Jane Schumm, who awarded this month’s prize to Rachel said, “It is a great fun thing to do for our people. It’s a bit of excitement during a challenging time in travel.”
As the autumn months start to roll in so too are the fantastic prizes. Once again, the Directors of Hays Travel are keeping the secret of these prizes under tight wraps and we are all eager to know what the rest of this year has in store. But it has been revealed that next month’s instalment of the Big Hays Travel Thank You will see one lucky colleague wave goodbye to their bills as Hays Travel pay their mortgage and utility bills for the next SIX MONTHS!
